Also, to brag a tiny bit. I can do a decent Molotov cocktease impersonation and I have a friend who can do a dead on impersonation of Dr. Mrs the monarch. She’s a woman too! But nails it.
Maybe one day I can get her to do an audio comedy skit in character with Molotov.
Found this clip when looking for the above one. Never realized it’s literally just 2 dudes doing the majority of the voices for this show. Crazy how dynamic they are.
Yeah they are pretty talented. The friend I mentioned who can do dr Mrs the monarch can do like 5 really distinct voices. I’m always telling her she needs to get into voice acting. She really doesn’t understand how rare such a talent is.
As for the nozzle. I have this running joke in my head about the nozzle voice but replaced with “the research”.
As a grad student, research is life. You think of it constantly. You talk about it to anyone who will listen.
It takes over.
And the nozzle fits.
“Please do not be alarmed, we are about to engage in THE RESEARCH”
“Please do not move while THE RESEARCH is engaging”
