Low energy AF. I heard the audio of him talking about that test and he sounded very tired… and like he was having a bit of trouble getting through the explanation. Probably just wishful thinking that he’s running out of steam, but he’s so full of hot air it’s hard to tell, lol
The actual cognitive test is for America, and they’re all failing if they don’t realize he’s just making shit up as he goes along, and NOTHING he says is ever true.
If any other President in history ever did any of the things he’s doing constantly, they’d be over.
