She’s just kind of odd across the board but she makes good comics somewhat consistently and that’s really hard to do.
She makes very mediocre comics that confirm the views held by most of the userbase, that’s why she’s so popular here.

She’ll make like 2-3 a month that will elicit a chuckle from me which by comic strip standards is better than most.
