Yeah. It’s pretty funny. It made me think of some of the rather conservative takes that are passed off as leftism on lemmy, which is how I got the title. Of course, meddling in the economy is straight fascism, too, of course. I really wish I had chosen something else now.
Under any definition it is most definitely not something that would have been acceptable to most Republicans if done by a Democrat.
