If we were to go through the “ethnic” definition of being from somewhere. Ethnicity is quite literally a construct as much as I hate the overuse of that word, I fail to see how I’m from somewhere my ancestors decided to settle hundreds of years ago as opposed to where I was raised and/or lived my whole life.

Interesting how they ironically invited the most anti-semitic people to a combating anti-semitism conference. The only reason they’re not publicly expressing it (other than all the Hitler praising they’re doing) is because they have a common enemy, plus Israel has an incredibly far-right apartheid govt.

Also interesting how Americans generally see pro-Palestinians as far-left and everywhere else it’s seen as normal and pro-Israelis are seen as far-right, crazy how polarised a two-party state can make people, zero critical thinking.
