They know that Trump is an idiot. But they know they can take advantage of an idiot. It’s working for them. It worked when Bush was in office. It worked when Reagan was in Office and the other Bush.

That’s largely going to be dependent on a couple things;

Luigi’s Attorney now has to hammer on this hard, hard enough to stick it through one ear hole and out the other through the thick skulls of the prosecutors. There are strong pieces of evidence now that say that Luigi’s 5th Amendment rights has been violated and that people from the DOJ have overstepped themselves.

The other thing is whether anything is going to stick. Even if Luigi walks or is given lesser sentencing or whatever. Trump’s crazy ass or the crazy ass DOJ of his is still going to want to try and kill Luigi anyways by making him go through another trial by re-writing the rules.

No they’re not.

With a very incompetent DOJ, it is very much possible.

With any rate, Luigi will walk free and it’ll be the fault of these idiots who cannot allow their egos and pride to not get in the way of these things.
