Birds will sometimes go after tomatoes just for the water inside them. Providing a source of fresh water, like a clean bird bath, can prevent some losses. I’ve also heard that red painted rocks by strawberries will prevent birds from eating the actual strawberries once they grow in, but I haven’t tried that one myself.

This is such a major problem. Regulations mandate how much insurance companies must spend on claims/health care. When the insurance company also owns the pharmacy, they can “spend” money on medications and then get kickbacks (rebates) as a way to spend that money but still pocket it as profit.

If you can charge at home, a used car with 50-100 miles of range is plenty. Much more affordable than buying new, too.
