Pretty sure this is a big factor, globally, 10 years ago, Tesla was basically the only viable option if you looked for EV.

Nowadays every brand has some EV on their catalog. Even if the EV market grew massively you can just go to any dealership, and see EV in every shape/size/price rather than having to choose between 2-3 Tesla models which are big and expensive

Why in public?

Some people play in bar/cafe(or some bar are more humer friendly) but ideally game shop or rpg club renting a dedicated space are teg way to go

How does it work? Do you have written briefing for every NPC? What about PC having secrets and agenda? I used NPC for guest players (You have to escorts an annoying merchant/prince•ss but they’llbe played by Billy•ie)
