Also, a team can be one person.
In 2018, I was working in Oxford circus, London as tech support onsite at a flagship store there. On a random afternoon, a sea of people were screaming and pouring through the doors, security ended up shutting the building whilst the staff worked out what was going on.
We were tasked with leading the public down to the lower floors, because there were reports of gunmen in and around the tube station, and then began handing out water and what food was available.
Olly Murs had tweeted confirmation; as he had apparently heard the gunshots ringing out, and as it was 2018 at the time; people actually still used twitter, causing mass panic (and the flood of people that we had to deal with).
Anyway, it turned out there was a fire alarm which went off at the station; this caused loads of people to be turned away from the station back onto the street, which in turn caused some rumours about terrorist attacks, which Olly all but confirmed with his ‘i can hear gunshots’ nonsense.
I often wonder how small the fire actually was… did it even pose a threat? Or was it more of a burnt fuse causing a bit of smoke setting it off?
