Seriously, on the original subject, states should be required to split their votes. “Winner take all” is total horseshit. Two states do it … TWO! That is the major issue with the US political system … aside from the fact a bunch of dumbass inbreds elected a felon.
This is irritatingly pedantic, but part of that irritation comes from the fact that it’s 100% true.
