Adrian Andrew Martinez, 20, was charged with assaulting one of the ice agents while interjecting himself between ICE and a coworker ICE was trying to kidnap. The video of the encounter shows that Adrian did not assault ice gestapo. The article does not indicate if his coworker is a citizen. Adrian is a citizen. Walmart ended up firing Adrian.
