I said that ideally, we’ll have to put up with fascism for another 2 years, because that’s when the next presidential election is, and hopefully we’ll have a progressive candidate worth voting for. Maybe even someone who’s willing to throw the criminals in the Republican party in prison.

Realistically, Newsom or some other equivalent piece of shit will be on the ballot. In that case, him winning doesn’t mean no more fascism, it means that we get four more years of fascism after he’s out of office. That’s what Trump is trying to do right now, as a direct result of Biden having won in 2020 and failing to do anything to prevent it. Biden had a hand in this exact thing happening.
