Not just based on it. It’s literally an edited version of that same image. I appreciate that they made the hands smaller.

My first thought when Icsaw that was Iceman’s reaction to figuring out Northstar was gay. I never heard of Captain Canuck.
Plus I feel Marvel totally ripped this design for Vindicator… but I guess there’s only so much you can do with the Canadian flag…
