Look at all the space for activities!
It needs to be against the wall, but I grew up with bunk beds in a room that could have fit 2 (well, in one of the places, anyway), it was nice. Gave us extra room for toys and shit and playing games
And it has a side rail for the lower bunk but nothing on top.
That could be a ladder to climb up to the top bunk.
At least that would help explain the gap from the wall.
