    as a gay man, i and plenty of other queers talk about religion as “destructive”. its a common part of the vernacular, and you wouldn’t be quibbling over the language if you saw and understood how destructive religion is to both queer communities and queer lives

      That has literally nothing to do with what I’m talking about. I’m responding to the common idea that religion is somehow a significant motivator for Zionist atrocities, not commenting on the impact of religion in general. Then I explained why I thought that was the (or at least a) point made in the parent comment.

        Religion is the most destructive force on the planet mostly because the followers are easily fooled.

        was the original comment, and then you started complaining about using the word destructive to describe religion in an “unprovoked” way which according to you proved that the original comment was talking about israel

        i am merely pointing out that describing religion as destructive is pretty common, and can’t be used as evidence for interpreting the original comment in any particular way
