Well, his ideas are pretty stupid, but in every clip I see of him (or at least that one where he’s talking about ‘flooding the zone’), he seems to be taking great glee in fucking everything up like it’s all a big laugh and people aren’t fucking dying, and that he knows exactly what he’s doing.
Let’s not give that fucking cunt any credit. He’s still only motivated by his own malevolent self-interest.
