I would surprised and dismayed if Italy accepted such an offer. They didn’t make qualification, just like a lot of other countries, so they should not even consider such an offer. If the host country finds itself unable to fulfil their hosting duties then they should hang their heads in shame and never be selected to host again.
It would be pretty shit of FIFA not to simply put all of Iran’s games in Mexico or Canada. Why should a qualified team miss out just because one of the host countries is run by a bunch of useless cunts?

USA should be banned from organazing World Cup. I have read somwhere that they plan “half-time show”!!! This isn’t NFL!! Winning World Cup is much more important than some music show in half time. I guess now I know why Americans don’t understand Football.
