Frankly, based on the data, there weren’t an especially abnormal number of non voters. The participation rate if anything was a percent or two above normal.

Because Harris and Biden were 100% in support of making it worse, and actively supplied WMD’s on request while helping them engineer a famine. And they sent an Epstein pedophile to wag his finger at Palestinians in multiple states for not supporting the killing of their family and friends.

Of course people voted for change instead. (Even if Donald was lying.)

Can you imagine how much better the world would be if:

    1. Trump voters actually acknowledged they made a mistake
    2. Trump voters decided not to vote anymore because they realize they make bad decisions

That’s all it would take. They wouldn’t have to commit to doing better research next time. They wouldn’t have to try to defend some of what Trump did, or decide which GOP candidates are actually being honest. Just say “Wow, I fucked up. I shouldn’t vote.”

It’s like an alcoholic who wakes up in a puddle of their own puke. They can try to be more careful in their drinking. Or, they can decide “I can’t be trusted around alcohol”. But, it’s not like voting in a controlled way is fun, the way moderate drinking could be fun. Voting is a chore. It should be a relief to be able to say “I don’t have to pay attention anymore, I’m a gullible idiot, let other people take the reins”.

That would take humility something most Trump voters don’t have in my experience. Seriously the fucken ego on some of them makes my literal ego filled Southern Aristocrat ancestors seem like fucken monks, mind you that’s just the boomers and gen X ones in my experience with younger ones just being stupid or mentally ill in my experience.

That probably wouldn’t do as much good as the people who didn’t vote at all got off their ass.

Including the ones who would have voted for Trump? Including the ones who live in states where the outcome is so one-sided that their votes would not have changed anything? Why is it that you think somehow people who didn’t vote are more responsible than the ones who did?

Sounds like you didnt vote and personalizing this and been cooking that defense for a bit.

Everyone who was gonna vote for Trump did. They got paid to

Either way: get out and vote. Don’t be an ass. It is your one and one one job to do to prevent this shit and you failed at that this time. Don’t you ever ever forget that. No one else will.

Reddit is suppressing and botting the fuck out of this right now. So many posts cheering and saying it’s all the Iranian government’s fault.

Make posts linking the US admitting that we made the Iranian currency value drop to nothing on purpose just to cause protests and riots and it gets down voted into oblivion. Seriously dead internet theory. It’s like the bots and shills now actually outnumber humans who have bothered to read anything about anything. o_O

That’s the thing, no one actually voted for Trump to stop wars. They vote for him because he said he’d hurt the people they don’t like, that’s it. Anything else is either just an attack on the opponents like the whole Kamala war thing or just a thinly veiled distraction from their hatred.

There is a non-trivial part of the cult that is not taking this well. It’s hard to see from across the fence and through the cloud of bots, but there is trouble in MAGA land.

The voted for war against lgbtq people, libs, “illegals”, science, the constitution, “woke”, the economy, and whatever else. They just didn’t plan on real war that doesn’t benefit them in any selfish way.

Most just wanted to see other people suffer, because their own life is shit. It does not matter if its a war or slaughtering transvestites.

The last peaceful president and admin who withheld “US Aid” (missiles) from the Middle East was… Carter? Was it Carter? Has it been that long?

and not a few strikes, either. THOUSANDS.

    This meme doesn’t make sense.

In hindsight, yes, Donald was lying, but he did pull the US military out of multiple wars in his first term. (Most notably, Afghanistan, though the withdrawal wasn’t completed during his term.) His record demonstrated that if war is your issue, Donald was the better choice.

In fact, his reticence (until now) to embroil the US in all-out war was one of the few upsides.
