Every one of these tariff manipulations has been 100% illegal, because the supposed emergencies he’s using to excuse them are nonexistent.

Well, America’s foreign policy for quite some time, depending on which president you want to refer to, was still to weaken Europe, to stop it from getting affordable natural gas from Russia.
