That craigslist listing was updated 6 hours ago, now it says

Yeah I think it’s satire and they changed the name of the LLC so they’re not impersonating the real grifters. (Fight Fight Fight LLC is, according to another comment, the actual name of the group behind the Trump coin.)

The image I posted has NOTHING to do with the military.com article. The military.com article relates to national guard troops being dispatched to LA and not being paid. The image I posted is a call for actors to be paid stand ins/seat fillers at the trump parade.

I think if it were me I’d be prepared to sell immediately. But to say it has no value isn’t close to correct. You can sell a trump coin today for roughly 10% less than you bought unless you hit that big spike in October.
I’m not saying that all of that isn’t insane, but you could 100% get something that has real value that can be traded into traditional currency.
