I just said that because it’s the minimum common denominator of an attack… literally no way to stop it and, with large gatherings for the soccer matches, plenty of opportunity for atrocities before getting anywhere near the security lines
But you are correct, in the USA, anyone could have some assault rifle and simply mow people down
