Im almost positive a normal slightly above average person cannot do the job successfully. Biden maybe except his “old” stat was maxed. Jimmy Carter maybe but he couldn’t secure a second term. Not sure what all the factors are there. Clinton? His perv stats were at unacceptable levels but he did make it through a second term. Obama was maybe the most balanced president except racism.
