Seems like a seminar about hand to hand combat is being put on for a group of people who are/should be trained in hand to hand combat. With the trainers being some of the most skilled in the world. If it is explained that this is significantly more expensive than typical market rate seminars, sure that sucks. But, the article doesn’t specify anything like that. This exact thing has happened dozens of times with different athletes and different military/police forces in the US under different presidents dem and rep. I remember a long time ago Kenny Florian or Carlos condit was doing a training for special forces guys. The Gracies have also done a fuck load of training for various military/police organizations. There are tons more examples but nobody will feel any less strongly if I list them.
