    Trump’s in the Epstein files.

He may or may not have diddled kids (probably underage girls, based on what we know of his character alone).

But the above is the only thing most people are talking about. There’s probably a lot more illegal activity involving Trump’s real estate, money laundering, etc. There’s probably a lot more elite billionaires in business and politics who would also come out, big money, big illegal activities.

Letting this come out would lift the veil of propaganda and fantasy that we live in a world full of “rule of law”, peace, prosperity, and freedom. It’s a facade of propaganda. When people see that it’s all a farce, both sides of the political spectrum will be furious. The USA is possibly more corrupt than Russia or North Korea, or whoever. We’ve just been better at hiding it.

They don’t want to release all this info because it could cause some societal catastrophy, resulting in economic breakdown, which threatens their power and wealth. They need society to stay as it is, people to keep going to work and not cause trouble. We are the cement and rebar foundation propping up the billionaires luxurious lifestyles. They live in exorbitant mansions and generally have several of them, in very nice places. They have 500 million dollar yachts. Without the system under control, their lavish lifestyles are threatened.

They’ll figure out a way to hide it all. Some way to appease enough of their support cult of poor and working class. It’s already working to some extent, with the gislaine Maxwell debacle saying trump was innocent nonsense. Eventually their base will submit, they always do. They’ve been trained to.

Absolutely not. This in itself is propaganda.

We’re working on catching up, but we’ve got a lot of catching up to do. When was the last time you bribed a cop? (Yes, I know. We have major police issues. Still not close to Russia’s or North Korea’s.)

We absolutely have our issues. The problem is that we’re getting closer to Russia’s corruption instead of improving on our own issues.

That’s optimistic but this veil has been lifted already. Remember the Panama papers? Remember all the the other times rules of law suddenly doesn’t matter to Republicans? I don’t because there’s way too many occurrences to keep in my head at once at this point. The right is a cult and there’s no unindoctrinating the vast majority of them. His support is not steeped in reality.

Talk about a distinction without a difference. “Underage girls” are kids. It may seem more reprehensible to rape an 8 year old than a 16 year old but it’s the same crime and the same damage to a human being.

In the case of trump and rape the distinction doesn’t matter. But in other cases it does.

A 50yr old raping a 5 year old, is different than a 23year old having a “consensual” relationship with a 17year old. A 17 year old is underage, but not a child. The latter is creepy and should not be encouraged, but a very clear distinction compared to the former. Objectively, the former is worse than the latter.

Regardless of my opinion, we don’t need to be throwing that accusation around so lightly.

He’s allowed to have that opinion and discuss it without being accused.

That’s a good point, Epstein must have been into a lot of financial crime which Trump is likely linked to. Pull that thread and it’s linked to other hugely rich and influential people.
