Step 1: Create State Militas run by federal deputies

Step 2: revisit Heller, etc. and stress well run milita part.

Step 3: confiscate all non milita weapons.

Step 4: burn Constitution?

    There are 109,000 cities & town in the US. You are going to create a second ‘police’ department run by the Federal government (just like Russia has). That is a huge financial undertaking.

        That’s not how the Russian police works. They will be a Federal police department at the mercy of the orange illiterate dictator’s orders/whims.

      They can afford it. After all there are only two entries on the Republican federal budget: 1. grifting money. 2. money to the paramilitary to foment and subsequently suppress dissent.

      That is a huge financial undertaking.

      Congress gave ICE $75 billion over four years, approximately $18.7 billion each year because daddy Trump demanded it. Added to the $10 billion Congress already appropriated ICE for fiscal year 2025 in March, ICE now has $28.7 billion at its disposal this year. ICE alone now has more budgeted than the entire Department of Justice.
