He’s just reading what their public relations department is saying. It has no bearing on their actual policies. They have been sheltering child rapists for thousands of years.
Do not believe their lies.

Even if what he is saying is genuine, there is always the doctrinally required coverup.
They must be faced, with a sense of mercy and true justice, toward the victims and toward the accused,

I am not. I want the list, the names. I want them to be trialed. Stop putting words into others mouth. For all you know i could be a victim too.
But i also see that he cant just go 0 to 100% after only a few months being in power. Look what american bishops did when francis critiqued trump, spoke our pro lgbtq. They went nuts!
Its also a matter of legal work. Where will these pedos be trialed? The country they currently are in? The country they commoted the crimes in? The vatican because they are citicens of the vatican and not any other nation?
And i never said i belief them they will stop. Heck no. For last thing, may i ask you to not generalise a group of people because of there are a few bad apples in it? Would help the world and yourself a lot :)
