Lactose is my lover who turned toxic but who I can’t cut out of my life. Every now and again I send em a “u up”, we reconnect, I end up with my asshole hurting. Wait am I still talking about lactose?

You know lactase pills exist, right? They’re usually over-the-counter and should be cheap enough for an “every now and again” indulgence.

Yep, I’ve been using them and it helps a lot. It’s a good idea to try em for anyone who has issues with dairy. But sometimes it’s a bit more than that, like a milk allergy.

An allergy is definitely the point at which I’d say that the tasty food really isn’t worth it anymore …

Have you ever had ice cream though? It might actually be worth it.

Fair enough, I guess that’s what this entire post is about.

Mine is coffee, I love it and used to drink so much but it’s really started to mess with my stomach over the last few years. I’ve switched to tea which doesn’t seem to cause digestive issues at all.
