Besides the fact that if he honestly cared about charitable donations, he’d never have amassed 3.9 billion in wealth. 1.4M isn’t even a rounding error in his networth, he probably didn’t give it a second thought or realize it’s a life changing amount of money for 99.999% of his constituents.
