The victims of the vote manipulation aren’t a random accident, it’s mostly leaving Republican voters standing by design. If legislation swept through other states that put the same voting requirements and gerrymandered districts as a lot of southern states have in place, they would probably also start to become real Republican shitholes without anyone’s values or voting patterns changing.

Guess what! People in the south frequently can’t do shit about it either. If you would like to blame this on the people who live there for not voting correctly, please explain to me what you think ‘gerrymandering’ and ‘disenfranchisement’ mean, and what the average person living in the south is supposed to do about this shit being greenlit by SCOTUS.

If you need to be led around by the nose, probably literally anything else is going to be better than publicly jacking yourself off about how you didn’t want this to happen. I’m sure you can think of something other than self congratulatory meme posting.

At bare minimum they could not turn the existence of these camps into the opportunity to talk about how morally pure they are. Useless and obnoxious at best, callous and heartless at worst.

I’m sure that’s of great comfort to the people in concentration camps. Legit so gross to acknowledge concentration camps currently existing and being run by your own government, and somehow still making it about you.

I grew up in deep Republican country and he’s 100% right. These are the same people I saw telling other kids their age they were going to get them deported and that they’re not allowed to come to school. Maxine Waters has been down here and having her entry to the ICE facility barred. If others have been involved I haven’t heard of it.

The situation might be a little more urgent than who can win a 5 year long lawsuit. That’s like trying to deal with a house fire by filing insurance paperwork. Yeah, it needs to be done, but it’s hardly the only or most pressing thing to do.
