But I’m hoping more and more progressives take up positions within the party, and - along with those older ones dying off - transform it to what it should have been for some time now. To me, the positive attention Mamdani’s been getting across the country shows there’s a good chance for that to happen.

If he’s willing to admit that publicly, then I’ll bet deep down he knows he’s going down in the history books as one of the (if not the) worst presidents America ever had.
