I have a kid too, and it eats at me.

But I find comfort in the fact that life will carry on, even if my kid can never have the future I hoped for him when he was born.

It’s what gives me some comfort. Taking a larger perspective than just worrying about how humanity will fair.

Yeah, but that would make him a martyr.

Him keeling over from a heart attack because AOC beat him in a foot race would really drain the swamp of a lot of toxic masculinity.

Civilization doesn’t equal the world. Life will carry on and heal from the damage us ‘smart apes’ have done in our hubris.

I’d like to see some women Democrats challenge him to other fitness activities.

Considering he bragged that he could beat basically any woman at any sport, because men are just better.

Hit him in his ego and his fragile masculinity.

And hopefully God and a heart attack will do the rest

Most folks have an ego. It’s the last thing to go on the path.

I understand the defensive reaction, but that is ego.

I have one too. I’m not a meditation master.

Something I’ve noticed hanging out with hippies and studying Buddhist meditation masters.

Folks with no ego don’t declare they have no ego. At least not since the time of ancient India.

Folks with massively inflated egos on the other hand, often pretend they’re above everyone else, by proudly proclaiming they don’t have one.
