Does something special happen if we impeach him a third time?
When asked if impeachment was a top priority, Jeffries said “of course not” during an appearance on “Fox News Sunday.”
He was on fox news when he said this; most likely, given the dems have already tried to impeach trump twice, he was trying to give the fascists a way to rationalize accepting dems winning the house. Besides this is a completely reasonable thing - unless dems win the senate too it shouldn’t be the priority to do something completely pointless.
Voters say that re-electing Jeffries is not a top priority for them.
Looks like there are republican Democrats that need to be replaced as much as Republicans are.
Just count Jeffries and congressional Democrats out of everything. They’re determined to do nothing substantive with whatever power we give them, again. They’re a corporate donor maintenance organization, not a political party, not leaders, and certainly not advocates for any civic ideology other than whatever positions reinforce their ability to perform the above maintenance project.
They’re all corrupt. Fire them all.
The last 2 times just shows it’s a waste of time until they have the votes in the Senate to convict and remove him from office.
they’ll get to it eventually; after they try to get 60 vote threshold votes and potentially succeed - low expectations here though

They’ve been lame ducks all but two weeks of this session, and they’re not above saying dumb shit like this to try and get progressives to tune out of the primaries.
They’re doing triage for the neoliberal faction
If you don’t like them, vote in your Dem primary for the most progressive options.
Better yet abandon them all together. Stop trying to breath life into the vision of a party that never existed

To the surprise of no one. They have no interest in removing trump because they support everything he’s done. This is what happens when voters refuse to hold their parties accountable. They blindly and willfully supported a candidate no one wanted, but fell in line when told to do so.
