Next term? Conservative? People still haven’t realized that the last election was between constitutionalists (yes, e.g. Liz Cheney is a constitutionalist, at least inside the US) and fascists. The fascists won.

I have no idea, looking at putin’s slow-fascism, it would be fake elections, but trump doesnt have the patience for slow-fascism, they’ll just suspend the midterms for starters if nobody stops them.

They barely won this time (even with possible tampering in PA) and 1/3 of registered Democrats and stayed home.
I’d be willing to bet the people are sufficiently motivated to get off their asses finally, so it’s unlikely they’ll give us the opportunity to flip the house and Senate next year.
So I’d wager no election in '26 and a rigged election in '28 because Trump will be too far gone to prop up by then.
