Yeah. Spaniard is the noun demonym while Spanish is the adjective. Like Swede/Finn - Swedish/Finnish. You wouldn’t say a “Spaniard woman” for example, but a “Spanish woman”. “She’s a Spaniard”, not “She’s a Spanish”. In Spanish we call ourselves “españoles”.
