In an interview hosted by Politico, the California governor said the US must ‘wake up’ to the the threat posed by the president’s disregard of democratic norms

Donald Trump is gravely serious about running for a third term in violation of the US constitution, California governor Gavin Newsom said on Wednesday, warning Americans to “wake up” to what he described as the president’s flagrant disregard for democratic norms.

“I don’t think Donald Trump wants another election,” Newsom, a Democrat, said during a live interview at a summit hosted by Politico in Sacramento. “This guy doesn’t believe in free, fair elections.”

Newsom, who has gained national attention in recent weeks for his merciless trolling of Trump online and who is widely considered a presidential contender, said he had a stack of two dozen “Trump 2028” hats sent to him by the president’s supporters.

      He has ACCESS to the best medical care, but he’ll demand a MAGA doctor, which means he’ll probably get some mental defective like Ben Carson, or some quack RFK Mengele will recommend.

      Does he really have the best care? Be honest if you were a doc and Trump gets rolled in are you going to be particularly good to him, sure you may follow the Hippocratic oath but there’s nothing saying you can’t go full WW1 combat medic and make the healing as physically painful as possible.

          For real though, RFK’s appointment was to intentionally kill and harm as many poors as possible. Christian fascists are among the most psychopathic psychology that can exist.

      He also eats like shit, doesn’t exercise at all, has a stimulant addiction, and his age is catching up with him.
      Even if by some miracle he makes it to the end of this term, he won’t last for a 3rd term.
      After that the real fun starts when there’s a struggle to fill the power vacuum, that could cause an actual civil war.
