North Korea will send thousands of workers to help rebuild Russia’s war-torn Kursk region, Moscow’s security chief has said.

Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu, who held talks with North Korea’s Kim Jong Un in its capital Pyongyang on Tuesday, described the deployment as “fraternal assistance”, Russian state media reported.

Neighbouring South Korea and Japan were quick to condemn the plan, with Seoul saying it was a violation of UN sanctions on the North.

Drop a couple thousand unlocked phones in their area.

The amount of spankin’ that would ensue would tucker out all the workers.

Russia is building in the occupied regions too, they are stretched too thin.

Even if they had all of Ukraine they couldnt run it effectively, even to their own shit tier standards.

Yeah, they destroyed everything and then “help” the occupied territories. Knowing what kind of lazy morons they are, that instead of rebuilding roads and fixing heating and toilets for people, they spend thousands and millions on missiles and drones, I can imagine how they rebuild things there.
