    The Right’s assault on education for the past half century is a massive tantrum over desegregation. The goal is to return to whites only schools, which can be done easily with privatized education.

    “Separate but equal” except they aren’t going to pretend it’s equal this time. They’ll just ignore that wording entirely.

      If this goes through, I wanna see the look on that scumbags face when a case is in front of SCOTUS, and they ask why “coloreds” are presiding over their “whites only” case.

      Segregated facilities are already illegal, including language about them in contracts is redundant, because contracts which compel illegal behavior are unenforceable.
