I’m gonna point out to everyone downvoting that yes, the breed gets a bad wrap (I’ve owned two, sweetest dogs), BUT those surrendered to a rescue might just be the ones that have behavioral issues.

That was actually a point that Trump sort of ran on during the elections. Getting other countries to start taking ownership for their regions and contributing to the costs of intervention, and the US withdrawing from those areas.
But just like everything else the goon says, he only means it when it suits him. His followers do not care if what he says and does are not in agreement.
