Donald Trump ripped into Iran and Israel for violating a ceasefire deal within hours of his triumphant announcement.

“You basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f— they’re doing! Do you understand that?” he told reporters Tuesday morning on his way to the NATO summit in The Hague.

Whoever produced The Apprentice should commit seppuku in atonement for helping Trump build his platform.

Muslims and Jews have been fighting each other for nearly 3000 years.

If anyone thinks they’re going to be the one person who can stop that conflict, they’re absolutely delusional.

Didn’t they settle everything in the middle east under his first term? The Saudis sent Trump’s inept, unqualified, security risk son in law nepotism hire Jared Kushner billions to manage afterward to get rich from to celebrate the long lasting peace they negotiated /s

The odds of us experiencing a loser of this caliber again in our lifetimes is pretty slim.

Interestingly enough, the odds of me ever having a shred of respect for this country again in our lifetimes is also pretty slim.

The entire admin and half the country are losers of this caliber, you’re drowning in them. Nice thought though.

I think people are underestimating how big a loser Trump is. Like the people supporting him are losers, but it takes quite a bit to approach his unprecedented levels of loserhood.

Closer to a third. Maybe two thirds if you include the lazy fucks that couldn’t be bothered to stand in line for a few minutes.

What blows my mind is even in states like Washington, California and Oregon, which utilize mail-in voting, only about 75% of registered voters participated. How hard is it to check some boxes and fling the letter in the mailbox?

Someone should probably explain to this moron that a tweet saying, “We’ll stop bombing them if they stop bombing us” doesn’t count as a “ceasefire deal”.

I would not characterize this as a meltdown, it’s just an unhinged guy going on and on about “MSDNC” (MSNBC) and fake news and how awesome the B-2 pilots are and how it was “dark with no moon” for the Iran bombing (as if that fuckin matters for modern weapons systems) and so on and so forth.

They want to make him sound crazy (which he is) but come on, there are actual real problems to deal with, which are masked a little by calling this particular episode a meltdown. So he said the word fuck, who cares

Okay, but he tweeted out a peace deal between two countries he didn’t consult, and he actually got upset that it didn’t work

Come on. Let me have this one. This is the funniest thing to happen this year

Not that I don’t like to see him miserable but if saying fuck counts as a meltdown, I meltdown every time I speak. Honestly, its not even a signifier of stress, its more likely to signal your being genuine

Context matters. Someone using profanity more often than they otherwise would in the same context is generally a signifier of stress or excitement.

How many times can you recall a president cursing when talking to reporters? Even Trump doesn’t curse much in his tweets or press briefings. So it’s definitely notable.

It’s one of those things. When you can’t find a better way to express your frustration as an educated person than resorting to dropping f-bombs, it is indicative of a low vocabulary.

Anyone else with a basic high-school education thrust into the spotlight would find a way to express themselves and their thought in a clear and cohesive way.

But they are obviously the ones who don’t know what the fuck they’re doing.

Yea. Its not that he used the word “fuck”. It is in the context of working with Netanyahu, then seeing that Netanyahu has no real respect for Trump or the US military as long as they support his wars. So Trump gets flustered realizing his Israeli buddy has no respect for the US and then says “fuck”. It just hows Trump has no international relations abilities and he doesn’t know what is going on.

There was a time when I would’ve agreed with you. I still endeavour to this day to avoid profanity.

Today, however, I don’t agree that using “fuck” is at all an indicator of a low vocabulary (except in the case of overuse, but that’s true of any word). There are emotions that civil people aren’t supposed to feel, so we need words that we aren’t supposed to use to express them.

Fuck can be used to great effect, and should be.
