Donald Trump is facing a sharp backlash from young voters, with new polling showing his approval rating among Generation Z has dropped to one of its lowest points yet.
The latest YouGov/Yahoo poll, conducted between June 26-30 among 1,597 adults, shows that among Gen Z voters, his net rating has deteriorated sharply, falling from -23 points in May to -41 points in June.
Net ratings do have a tendency to swing much more than a simple approval rating. Still, the president’s approval rating in June is low, at 27 percent. The margin of error is at plus or minus 3.2 percent.
Lucas Walsh, a youth political behavior expert and professor at Monash University, told Newsweek that Trump’s falling support among Gen Z voters may reflect how young people “respond to issues rather than party allegiances.”
This discontent does not appear to be translating into strong support for Democrats. The Quantus poll suggests that young voters are feeling politically homeless, with 43 percent of Gen Z voters saying that neither party represents American values.

There has been a concerted effort for the last 15 to 20 years by the alt-right to court young disillusioned men and women using divisiveness and the slowly declining status quo as a lever.
Doesn’t matter that the insanely wealthy right wing is primarily responsible for pushing the deterioration, it only matters that the insanely wealthy liberals in the government haven’t done anything substantive to stop it.

His polling numbers dont matter. Either he cannot run for president again or he fucks up the government bad enough to allow him to, in which case the vote is going to be rigged AF anyway.
If he hasn’t had a heart from all the hamberders by the next election cycle I guarantee he will run for president again and it’ll be up to congress and or the supreme court to stop him. Depending on the make up of those to entities I think there’s a chance they would stop him.

Im gen z and I voted Harris. I also attended no kings Chicago. Not all of us are just sitting and watching this happen but enough are that it makes us look bad.
