You start by listening to how loud the ayes and nays are, making a call, and then when someone, anyone, not just the chair challenges it, then you go to individual roll call. There’s some fuckery you can get up to with this system but this aint it. The system is set up to prevent precisely this kind of lie being baselessly alleged from being possibe to be told.
