    Ahh, the conspiracy mindset…

Epstein was “linked” to hundreds of people. The odds that some of them would have died is very good. Any if you define “mysterious” broadly enough then you get this story.

I don’t like the guy either but are we actually believing the National Enquirer? I don’t know why Yahoo is sourcing it but that’s a grocery store tabloid. Been thinking I want to diagram out media outlets for folks cause I see a lot of tabloid stories get posted in various places. I never really gave much credence to Enquirer or Daily Mail/Fail type places.

Most of the time I can understand why people want to believe in heaven: the prospect of oblivion is terrifying, and we all want to see departed loved ones again someday.

But when I look at Epstein, I suddenly understand why people would want to believe in hell, too.

This is garbage. Only National Enquirer readers can believe that Stephen Hawkins’ death was mysterious.

The idea that suicides are unusual or suspicious is the fault of the American media. They don’t report suicides unless the death was significant leading the public to believe suicide is unusual, when it’s actually common as dirt.

I bet a decent journalist can “link” any public figure to dozens of deaths, many “mysterious”.

Ok, but how many people have been linked to Epstein in total? His whole MO was getting co-conspirators and failing that, getting blackmail. That’s why half the photos he’s in, it looks like he’s photobombing them.

It wasn’t even about coconspirators, he loved to muddy the waters by hanging out with famous people.

He was also obsessed with science and technology, and gave a lot of money to legitimate physics projects.

Which is how he met Stephen Hawkings, who this article claims died under “mysterious circumstances”.

Which tells you the journalistic rigor used.

Which doesn’t automatically mean that it isn’t true. They are a sleazy tabloid but they have broken some significant news stories first, like Rush Limbaugh’s painkiller addiction and the John Edwards affair that took down his political career.

I never said anything against them. I simply posted who the original source was … like I have for other articles that are posted by scrapers.

Yep I never said you said anything against them. I simply added contextual information that I think is relevant to commonly-held associations about them.

You can trust them, because they aren’t bound by the same chains as the mainstream media. That is where I get all my best news from. /s

      Also notable : https://ca.news.yahoo.com/ex-national-enquirer-chief-details-202155831.html

David Pecker, former publisher of the National Enquirer, testified at Donald Trump’s hush money trial Tuesday about the “catch and kill” agreements between the former president and the tabloid, detailing arrangements involving Trump’s former doorman and an ex-Playboy model.

So it is actually kind of interesting that they’d be talking about this at all.

For all of you people complaining about the source, you and I aren’t the target audience. We already know that trump was part of the epstein client list. This is for MAGAs that don’t normally get this info.
