Not once the ball gets rolling, no. Plenty of Fascism has been averted through preemptive nonviolent action though. In fact, that’s basically how Democracy works; Constant nonviolent vigilance keeping Fascism at bay. But once Fascism gains traction, the only thing that works to get rid of it is violence.
