For the people who want to blame the women… Keep in mind, the women themselves probably felt they had no choice. Refusing would probably get thier scholarships revoked or some other form of retaliation. But if your thoughts are to blame them automatically, that’s borderline victim shaming.
This picture features the champion 2025 Women’s team and 4 of them were seniors so have since graduated and scholarship not an issue. Yet except for the one competing in Europe, the others are present and smiling like they’re proud.
